To help ensure social distancing during COVID-19, Cincinnati Bell deployed RouteThis LiveView to a group of 60 technicians to remotely support customers who did not want technicians in their home. Technicians were using the technology to remotely assist customers with technical support issues, including connecting wiring issues on gateways and set top boxes, inspecting and repairing faulty equipment and power cycling their ONT. "It was a super easy rollout thanks to the documentation and quick start video RouteThis provided," said Charles Moore, operations manager for Cincinnati Bell. "We didn't have to do any video training sessions with technicians like we initially thought."
